Must have a good educational track record of the applicant. At the same time, preference will be given to applicants who have contributed as authors or co-authors in a paper or article in a category journal. Candidates should have at least 3 years post qualification experience in teaching / research work in IIM, IIT, ISB, XLRI or their equivalent institution or consultancy.
