1st February 2024: These 5 rules will change from 1st February, LPG cylinder, withdrawal of money from NPS and Fastag will be affected.

1st February 2024: The country’s budget is to be presented tomorrow on 1st February 2024. There will be announcements regarding the country’s expenses, income and schemes in the budget, which will have a direct impact on your household budget. Apart from the interim budget of the country, there are many new rules which will come into effect from tomorrow.


LPG cylinder prices will be fixed

The prices of LPG cooking gas are decided by oil marketing companies on the first of every month. There may be a change in the prices of LPG cooking gas tomorrow. If we look at the budget and especially the election budget, then we can expect the price of LPG to reduce tomorrow.

Rules for withdrawing money from NPS will change

The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has changed the rules for partial withdrawal of pension fund NPS. According to the new guidelines, NPS customers can make partial withdrawals for higher education expenses for children, legally adopted children, marriage expenses for the customer’s children and purchase of a house or flat in the name of the customer or You can withdraw money for construction. You can also withdraw money to buy a house in joint name with your legally married spouse.

Bulk email

The verification rules for sending bulk emails or high email volumes on Google and Yahoo accounts have been changed. The new rules will apply to any email domain that sends more than 5,000 emails daily. Their servers need to be DMARC compliant if you want to continue sending bulk emails. The sender must maintain the spam rate less than 0.3 percent. Only relevant mails will have to be sent. The one-click unsubscribe system must be completed within two days. Emails will be rejected or bounced if the sender does not follow the new rules.

Microsoft’s online service

Microsoft India has increased prices for its commercial on-premises software and online services including Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 by 6 percent. However, these price increases are for products which will not impact existing purchases made by customers under the wholesale licensing agreement.

Fastag will be deactivated on 1st February

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has asked Fastag customers to update their Fastag KYC. The work of updating KYC is to be completed today by 31 January 2024. However, this deadline has not been extended yet. If you do not do this then your Fastag will be blacklisted. You will not be able to use your balance amount.
