New Delhi. Hyundai on Thursday launched the new Venue facelift SUV (2022 Hyundai Venue) in India. Its starting price has been kept at Rs 7.53 lakh (ex-showroom), while the price of its top model is Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Various updates have been made in the design and features of the new Venue.
The Venue facelift SUV has been launched in 7 color options. These include Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Phantom Black, Denim Blue, Titan Gray and Fiery Red. There will also be a dual tone option of Fiery Red with black roof. Hyundai India says that the company has so far managed to sell over 3 lakh units in India since the launch of the Venue. This number may increase further with the launch of the new 2022 Venue.
A completely new look
The SUV now comes with a redesigned front face and a sportier look. The LED headlights and DRLs have also been redesigned. The front bumper has also been updated. There have been major changes at the rear, where the new Venue gets LED taillights, which are connected to the LED strip running on the boot. The rear bumper has also been given a facelift.
Equipped with advanced features,
The car has come with new upholstery and upgraded features to the new Venue. The carmaker has confirmed that the Venue is offered with Alexa and Google Voice Assistant with Home to Car (H2C) and over 60 BlueLink connected car features among others. New features include a digital driver display, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless charging facility, sunroof and reverse parking camera.
Talking about the engine of Venue
It has the option of 1.5-litre CRDI diesel engine, 1.0-litre Turbo GDI and 1.2-litre MPI Kappa petrol engine. Transmission options are available with a 6-speed manual or IMT as well as a DCT gearbox. The 2022 Venue facelift will also get three drive modes, which include Normal, Eco and Sport.
