Special trains including Delhi-Varanasi will run from 21 April to 12 July. Weekly and triweekly trains will have 35 trips. Delhi-Varanasi (04024-23) special train will run from 21 April to 11 July. Weekly train will have 35 trips. Moradabad stoppage will be after Ghaziabad. The train has been scheduled to leave from Delhi at 10.30 pm and Varanasi at 5.17 am. Similarly, Bhatinda Varanasi (04518-17) special train will also operate from 21 April to 12 July.
The train which runs twice a week will have stoppages at Moradabad and Bareilly. This train will also have 35 trips. Its arrival time in Moradabad will be 5.40 am and from Varanasi will be 8 am. Special (04209-10) train will run thrice a week between Lucknow-Chandigarh. Shahjahanpur, Bareilly and Moradabad will be the main stoppages in the division of the train which will run from 21 April to 10 July. The train which will run 35 trips will run from Lucknow on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and from Chandigarh on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The train will leave Lucknow at 8.45 pm and reach Moradabad at 2.15 pm. Whereas it will arrive from Chandigarh at 3.25 pm.

Railways has been running 29 special trains so far to reduce the pressure of crowd on regular trains in summer. Railways is running special trains to cover the rush of Bihar from Vaishnodevi Yatra during holidays. These will run from Varanasi to Shri Mata Vaishnodevi, Varanasi-Chandigarh, Anand Vihar-Muzaffarpur, Anand Vihar-Barauni, Lucknow-New Delhi, Rajgir-Haridwar and Rajgir to Shaheed Captain Tushar Mahajan Udhampur. According to the Senior DCM, there will be six and twelve trips of special trains. These trains will also run till July.
