With this, the total number of corona virus infections in the country has reached 81,970. However, the recovery rate of corona virus infected patients in India has been steadily increasing and so far 27,920 people have been able to get rid of this deadly virus. Thus, there are 51,401 active cases of corona virus infection in India. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has so far killed 2,649 people infected with the Corona virus in the country.

In Maharashtra, which is most affected by Corona virus, the situation is not being named. So far, 27524 people have been affected by Corona virus infection here. At the same time, 1019 people have died due to this deadly virus. Given the severity of the situation, the lockdown has been extended till 31 May in the affected areas. A good news came from Sangli district of Maharashtra. Here a 94-year-old woman beat the corona virus. Miraj Kovid-19 Hospital doctors and nurses greeted the 94-year-old elderly woman with applause.
Tamil Nadu ranks second in terms of corona virus infections. So far 9674 cases of Kovid-19 have been reported here. At the same time, 66 people have died. Meanwhile, folk artists of Rameswaram are badly affected by the lockdown by filling their stomach by performing their art in rituals and ceremonies in Tamil Nadu. More than 100 families of folk artists in Rameswaram are struggling for their livelihood at this time, there has been no program here for the last 50 days.
Corona virus infection cases are also increasing in Gujarat. So far, 9591 people have been exposed to this deadly infection. At the same time, 586 people have died. However, 3753 people have fully recovered during this period. Shops opened today after a week in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, people were seen shopping. The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation had issued an order to close all shops except medicine and milk shops from 7 May to 15 May at 6 am.
According to the Rajasthan Health Department, 55 more Kovid-19 cases have been reported in the state today. Now the number of positive cases has increased to 4,589. The death toll from Corona has increased to 1,818 and there are 125 active cases.
