After the gift of 6th pay commission, now the Haryana government has taken another big decision regarding government employees. Under this, employees will now have to wear a smart watch while on duty, so that their location can be tracked. This smart watch will replace the Biometric Attendance System.
Addressing a development rally at Sarmathala village in Sohna on Sunday, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has said that soon all government officials will be required to wear smart watches so that their location can be tracked while on duty. Will mark his attendance from this watch itself. Khattar also said that these smartwatches with GPS will replace the Biometric Attendance System. With this, complete information about the attendance of the employees will be with the government.
Let us inform that earlier the employees going to the office had to enter through the biometric machine, but now in view of the caution and security, smartwatches will be used. Under this, the state government has decided to remove the biometric system. It was often seen that government officials used to go to the office once a week and record their entry for all working days.
