1. Gas cylinder became costlier by Rs 25.
There has been a huge increase in the prices of gas cylinders from today. The prices of commercial cylinders have increased by Rs 25. At the same time, the prices of domestic gas cylinders remain the same.
2. Buying a vehicle has become expensive
from today i.e. from January 1, 2023, the rates of vehicles have increased. Many companies including Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai Motor, Tata Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Renault, Kia India and MG Motor have increased the rates.
3. Toll tax applicable
Those traveling on Bundelkhand Expressway have got a big shock. From today, those traveling on this route will have to pay heavy toll tax. Toll tax of Rs 610 will have to be paid on van or light motor vehicle. A toll of Rs 965 will have to be paid on a light commercial vehicle, light goods vehicle or mini bus. Toll tax of Rs 1935 will be levied on bus or truck.
4. Change in locker rules
RBI has ordered the banks that from January 1, the agreement will be issued to all the locker holders and on which the customers will have to sign. According to the new rules of RBI, banks will decide whether there is any unfair condition and terms in their locker agreement.
5. Change in credit card rules
HDFC Bank is also going to change the refunds point and fees. This change has come into effect from today. Apart from this, SBI has also decided to change the rules of some cards.
6. Changes in GST rules
GST rules have also changed from January 1. It will now be necessary for businessmen with an annual turnover of more than 5 crores to generate e-invoices.
7. Changes in mobile rules
Apart from this, registration of IMEI number of every phone will be necessary for every phone manufacturer and its import and export company from today.
