If we look at the calculation, then according to the maximum basic pay of Rs 56,900, 34 percent DA is Rs 19,346. If it is increased by 4 per cent then the DA at 38 per cent (DA at 38 per cent) will be Rs 21,622. That is, the salary will increase by Rs 2,276 per month and will get about Rs 27,312 more annually.
This much profit on minimum wage at 4% DA
Calculate the increase in DA on the minimum basic salary, then if the basic salary of an employee is Rs 18,000, then his dearness allowance increases by 34 percent to Rs 6,120. At the same time, according to 38 percent, it will increase to Rs 6,840. The DA that government employees get is part of their financial support salary structure. If this decision is approved, then 50 lakh central employees along with 65 lakh pensioners will get the benefit.
