His salary will also increase.

Dearness allowance will be 34%

Let us tell you that after the data of All India Consumer Price Index i.e. Consumer Price Index (AICPI) for December 2021, the increase in DA is certain. The 12-month index average for DA was 351.33. On this 34.04 percent DA is made. Since DA is made in round figure, therefore DA is made up to 34 per cent. Employees are to get 34 percent dearness allowance from January 2022. Right now central employees are getting 31 percent DA. Dearness allowance is paid on the basic salary.

50 lakh employees will benefit

After the announcement of increase in DA and DR, more than 50 lakh central employees and about 65 lakh pensioners will benefit. After this, the next dearness allowance will be calculated in July 2022.

6,480 will increase on the minimum wage,

After the dearness allowance becomes 34 percent, the employees with 18 thousand basic salary will get DA of Rs 6,120. These employees are currently getting Rs 5,580 according to 31 per cent DA. That is, his monthly salary will increase by Rs 540. In this way, the annual salary will increase by Rs 6,480.

There will be such an increase on the maximum salary,

the employees whose basic salary is Rs 56,900, they will get Rs 19,346 according to the dearness allowance of 34 percent. Since according to 31 percent DA, such employees are currently getting Rs 17,639, then their monthly salary will increase by Rs 1,707. That is, the annual salary will increase by Rs 20,484.
