It is worth noting that the increase in DA depends on the data of AICPI. The figures for the first half of AICPI-IW (All India Consumer Price Index- Industrial Worker) have been released. In this, according to the index, now the new figure rose by 0.2 points to 129.2. This decision of the government will benefit more than one crore central employees and pensioners.
When will the money of 38% DA come?
After increasing the Dearness Allowance by 4 percent, the total dearness allowance of central employees has increased to 38%, before that the dearness allowance of the employees was 34%. Dearness allowance will be paid in the salary of September 2022, while the increased DA has come into effect from July.
