What will be the effect of 56% dearness allowance on salary
When the dearness allowance becomes 56%, then it will have a very good effect on the salary of the employees every month. Let us tell you that at this time the central employee gets a salary of Rs 18000, then he also gets dearness allowance of 53%. In such a situation, dearness allowance of Rs 9540 is provided to the employees.
So if the dearness allowance becomes 56% then it will reach Rs 10080. In this way, central employees will get a direct benefit of Rs 540 every month under this.
While the central employees who get a basic salary of Rs 56100. So they get dearness allowance of Rs 29733 at the rate of 53%. So when the dearness allowance reaches 56%, then it will come to Rs 31416. In this way, there will be an increase of Rs 540 in dearness allowance every month.
While if we talk about pensioners, they also get benefits under dearness allowance. In this way, according to the rate of DA, they also get benefit and pension is increased.
