7th Pay Commission DA Hike: Central Government is preparing to give great news for the employees. This will increase the income of central government employees and pensioners.

7th Pay Commission Update: The Central Government is preparing to give another good news to its employees. Soon there can be an increase in the salary of the employees. Recently, the Central Government has increased the DA Hike by 4 percent, due to which the dearness allowance received by the employees has increased to 42 percent.

At the same time, some reports have said that in July, the government can increase DA by 4 percent, after which the dearness allowance received by the employees will be 46 percent. This will benefit more than one crore government employees and pensioners. Along with this, the government is planning to give another good news to the employees. Let us know what the government is now thinking of doing to increase the salary.

Is the government preparing to make changes?

A good increase in the salary of the employees may happen in a few years or this year itself, because it has been said in the media reports that the revision in the basic salary has started. In the coming years, the government may abolish the 7th Pay Commission and may introduce a new formula to calculate the salary. Although the official announcement has not been made yet.

Will be able to change your fitment factor

The Central Government has been demanding for a long time that their fitment factor should be reviewed and increased to 3.68 per cent. At present the fitment factor is 2.57 per cent. This new change will allow the employees to change their fitment factor. However, two types of changes are being discussed in the fitment factor.

How much will the salary increase

Under the first discussion, the government can increase the fitment factor, due to which the salary of the employees will increase by Rs 3000 or more. On the other hand, if the 7th Pay Commission is implemented on the second change fitment factor 3.68 percent, then the basic salary of the employees will increase by 8 thousand rupees. This means that the minimum salary will increase from Rs 18,000 to Rs 26,000.
