How much experience is required:
According to the list of Service for Promotion, employees in level 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 should have 3 years of experience. For level 2 to 4, there should be 8 years of experience. Whereas for level 3 to 4, there should be 5 years of experience. Employees up to level 17 are required to have 1 year of experience and for levels 6 to 11, they are required to have 12 years of experience. On the basis of this, employees will be given promotion.
There will be an increase in dearness allowance soon.
The central government may soon give the gift of increase in DA to the employees. DA can be announced in the cabinet meeting to be held in the month of September. Lakhs of employees and pensioners will benefit from this. This year, dearness allowance will be announced by the government for the second time, after which there will be a bumper increase in the salary of the employees. The increased dearness allowance will be applicable from July 1, 2023.
