New Delhi: After the central government, now this state has also announced to increase dearness allowance. After Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh government, Gujarat government has announced to increase the dearness allowance of employees by 3 percent.


It is worth noting that this benefit will be given to the officers of 7th Pay Commission in the form of 3% dearness allowance from July 1, 2021. The special thing is that ur decision is taken at the very best occasion.

Benefit will be available from this date

For your information, let us tell you that Gujarat was formed on May 1. In such a situation, the Gujarat government has done the work of making the day of formation of Gujarat memorable for the employees of the state. From July 1, 2021, 7% dearness allowance will be given to the employees of the Sixth Pay Commission. 9.38 lakh government employees will benefit from this decision.

For your information, let us tell you that the balance amount of 10 months will be paid in two installments. Under this it has been announced that the first installment will be given in May 2022 and the second installment will be given in June 2022.
