New Delhi: 7th Pay Commission: Employees who have been waiting for dearness allowance for a long time have started getting dearness allowance (DA) and dearness relief (DR) 28 percent for pensioners from July 1. The Central Government has increased Dearness Allowance i.e. DA from 17% to 28%.
