7th Pay commission DA Hike news: The wait for dearness allowance is over. The time has come when the central employees will get the gift of new dearness allowance. His wish is going to be fulfilled in the festive season. Before Dussehra, the central government will give this gift to its employees. This time 4 percent Dearness Allowance (DA Hike) has been increased. It has been finalized from the data of All India Consumer Price Index- Industrial Workers (AICPI) that how much dearness allowance will be increased. Dearness allowance will be paid along with the salary of September.
How much will the DA be finalized?
The figures for the first half of AICPI-IW (All India Consumer Price Index- Industrial Worker) were released. In this, the index rose 0.2 points to 129.2. The government uses the data of this index to decide the Dearness Allowance of the employees. There has been an increase of 4 percent in DA due to the rise in the index. Experts are claiming that dearness allowance will be increased by 4%. More than one crore central employees and pensioners will get the benefit of this.
DA Arrear’s money will also come?
After increasing the dearness allowance by 4 percent, the total dearness allowance of central employees has reached 38%. The new dearness allowance will be paid in the salary of September 2022. In this, the money for the arrears of two months of July and August will also come. The new dearness allowance will be considered as applicable from July 1, 2022. Overall, the government will pay it at the time of Navratri. This will bring big money in the pockets of the employees.
What will be the difference in salary?
The minimum basic salary in 7th Pay Commission is Rs 18,000 and at the level of Cabinet Secretary is Rs 56900. According to 38 percent, on the basic salary of Rs 18000, the total increase in annual DA will be available for Rs 6840. Total DA will increase by Rs 720 per month. At the maximum basic salary bracket of Rs 56,900, the total increase in annual dearness allowance will be Rs 27,312. Those in this salary bracket will get Rs 2276 more as compared to 34%.
