DA of employees will increase to 34 percent. According to the data of AICPI (All India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers), DA has reached 34.04% till December 2021. These figures are telling that this time dearness allowance will increase by 3 percent.
DA will increase this much on 18,000 basic pay
If the basic salary of the employee is Rs 18,000 per month. 6120 per month will be available on new DA (34%). Now getting Rs 5580 on DA being 31%. You will get Rs 540 per month in your monthly salary. That is, annually you will get Rs 6,480.
