Maybe the government should make a formula for automatic pay revision for this. The government also believes that salary increment should be given only on the DA formula for salary revision. Sources claim that the employees will get the dearness allowance for January just before Holi. An announcement on this is possible at the cabinet meeting to be held on March 1, 2023. Actually 1st March is Wednesday and the next Wednesday is 8th March. But due to Holi on this day, the government will already give the gift of DA hike to the employees. An increase of 4 percent in DA hike is possible.
