This increase will be in the form of increase in their Dearness Allowance. Along with this, the contribution under the New Pension Scheme is also being increased.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal has again increased the dearness allowance of employees and dearness relief to pensioners. Apart from this, the contribution of New Pension Scheme has also been increased by 4 percent. Government employees are very happy with these gifts received in the first month of the new year.
Increase in allowances and dearness relief
The Haryana government has increased the DA (Dearness Allowance) and dearness relief of the employees by 3 percent on the lines of the Central Government. After this announcement, the total dearness allowance of Haryana government employees has now increased to 315. This will result in a bumper increase in the salary of the employees.
Increase in contribution
The Haryana government has also increased the employer contribution for its employees by 4 percent under the New Pension Scheme from January 1, 2022, while announcing the elders, due to which the total contribution has increased from 10 percent to 14 percent now. Now employees will get 25 crore monthly and 300 crore annual benefit, which has been implemented from 1 January 2022.
Central government can also increase
On the other hand, the central government can also once again increase the DA of central employees. If we look at the data of AICPI index, then dearness allowance has exceeded 34 percent. That is, according to this, there has been an increase of 2 percent in it. However, the figures for December have not come yet. It is expected that it may increase further by 1 percent. If the CPI (IW) figure remains up to 125 by December 2021, then 3 percent increase in dearness allowance is certain. That is, the total DA will increase by 3% to 34 percent. Its payment can be done from this month and the salary of central employees will also increase from this.
