Employees get the benefit of many allowances including dearness allowance, house rent allowance, but these 30 thousand rupees are different from these allowances. But, to get it, the employees have to have a higher degree.
Incentive amount increased five times
Actually, the central government has increased the incentive amount of employees by five times. Now employees getting higher degree like PhD will get an incentive amount of 30 thousand rupees instead of 10 thousand.
Earlier, a minimum of Rs 2 thousand was available,
According to media reports, the Ministry of Personnel has increased the incentive amount for the employees who have achieved higher degrees. For this, the ministry modified the 20 year old rules. Earlier, the employees who got higher degree were given incentive amount ranging from Rs 2 thousand to Rs 10 thousand.
Amendment was done in the year 2019
In the year 2019, the minimum incentive amount was increased from Rs 2 thousand to Rs 10 thousand. According to the Ministry of Personnel, employees who have a degree or diploma of 3 years or less will get an incentive of 10 thousand rupees.
At the same time, if an employee takes a degree or diploma for more than 3 years, then he will get an incentive amount of 15 thousand rupees. Employees who take post graduate degree or diploma of 1 year or less will get 20 thousand rupees.
…then you will get 30 thousand rupees
Similarly, in post graduate degree or diploma of 1 year or more, 25 thousand rupees will be available. At the same time, an incentive amount of 30 thousand rupees will be given to the employees having PhD or its equivalent qualification.
These are the conditions to get the incentive amount
Explain that the incentive amount is available only on those degrees or diplomas which are related to the post of the employee and are related to his work. There are clear instructions that there should be a relationship between competency and work. Incentives are not given on pure academic and literary subjects.
