These days the Modi government at the Center is kind to the employees. After the dearness allowance and relief of central employees has been made 28 percent (7th Pay Commission), now Indian Railways employees have been given bonus. Under this, railway employees will get a bonus of about 18 thousand rupees, its close to the country. 11.56 employees will get the benefit. It is expected that this amount will be transferred to the accounts before Dussehra.
In fact, in the recently held Modi cabinet meeting, the decision of 78 days of Productivity Linked Bonus (Bonus) to railway employees (except non-gazetted RPF/RPSF personnel) has been approved. For this, Rs 1,985 crore will be spent and about 11,56,000 employees will be benefited. Last year this amount was Rs 17,951 and this year it will remain the same, which will be slightly less than Rs 18 thousand. It will be paid before Dussehra i.e. by 15 October 2021. Its process will start in the next one or two days, after which the amount will be transferred to the accounts of the employees.
Let us inform that in the month of July this year, the Central Government has also increased the Dearness Allowance of railway employees. The dearness allowance of these employees has been increased by 25 percent. This increase has been implemented from July 1, 2021. With the increased allowance on Diwali, the salary is expected to be transferred to the account. The bonus money will also be transferred to the account before the same Dussehra, which is the festive season. It will prove to be a big relief for the employees.
