After which there will be a tremendous increase in the salary of those who get the basic of 20 thousand to 56 thousand rupees.



7th Pay Commission Latest: The day the central employees were waiting for the last few weeks, it finally arrived on Thursday. The central government has announced to increase dearness allowance and dearness relief by 3 percent. After this announcement, there will be a tremendous increase in the salary of central employees. This dearness allowance will be applicable from July 1. It is possible that this dearness allowance will be included in the salary of employees and pensioners’ pension in the salary coming before Diwali. On the other hand, there is no word yet regarding the arrears of dearness allowance. It is likely to be announced by PM Modi.

How much benefit will be given to those who get 20 thousand salary

First let’s talk about those employees whose basic salary is 20 thousand rupees. In fact, Dearness Allowance is calculated on the basic salary. If the basic salary of an employee is 20 thousand rupees, then his dearness allowance will be Rs 6200 at the rate of 31 percent. Whereas at the rate of 28 per cent, this dearness allowance was Rs 5600. Whereas at the rate of 17 per cent it was Rs 3400. This means that since July till now, an increase of Rs 2800 has been seen in the dearness allowance at the rate of 14 per cent.

How much will the salary of 56000 basic people increase



On the other hand, if we talk about the increase in the salary of the basic employees of Rs 56000, then there will be a significant increase. If the basic salary of an officer is Rs 56000, then according to 31 percent dearness allowance, it will be Rs 17360. While the dearness allowance at the rate of 28 per cent was Rs 15680. At the same time, before July, the dearness allowance was 17 percent, in such a situation, the employees were getting Rs 9520 as dearness allowance. In such a situation, the dearness allowance has now gone up to 31 percent from 17 percent. In such a situation, it has increased to Rs 7840 per month.

Waiting for 18 months arrears

Now the employees are waiting for their 18 months arrears which were not paid to the employees during the COVID period from January 2020 to June 2021. In fact, due to the arrival of Corona, the Central Government had banned the dearness allowance of the employees. But it was increased every 6 months. There was an increase of 4 percent in January 2020, 3 percent in June 2020 and 4 percent in January 2021. Now the employees are demanding this arrears. Although the government is denying about giving it, but the organization has written a letter to PM Modi about this. On which some announcement is likely to be made.
