Education Allowance

According to the 7th Pay Commission, central employees get an education allowance of Rs 2,250 on the education of children. But due to the Kovid-19 lockdown since last year, the employees could not claim. Due to the Kovid-19 lockdown, the Central Government has self-certified the Children’s Education Allowance (CEA) claim. Central government employees get allowance on education of 2 children and this allowance is Rs 2,250 per child. That is, on two children, the employees will get Rs 4,500 in salary every month. If the employees have not yet claimed the academic session from March 2020 to March 2021, they can now do so. So he will get Rs 4,500 in salary every month.

HRA will come in October salary

According to media reports, the government has increased the HRA by 3 percent to 25 percent of the basic salary. While issuing the order, the central government said that the house rent allowance and DA should be increased on the basis of basic salary of government employees. It is to be known that according to the rules, HRA has been increased because DA has exceeded 25%. For this reason, the central government has also decided to increase the HRA to 27%.

Dearness Allowance has gone up to 31 percent

The government has also increased the dearness relief i.e. DR of pensioners by 3 percent along with DA yesterday. This increase in DA and DR will be considered effective from July 1, 2021. Now the Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR) of central employees has increased from 28 per cent to 31 per cent. DA and DR of Central Government employees has been increased by 3% to 31% with effect from 1st July 2021. This will benefit 47 lakh 14 thousand central government employees and 68 lakh 62 thousand pensioners.

Dearness allowance will increase so much

Suppose if your basic salary is Rs 18,000. He is getting DA of Rs 5030 now. At present DA is 28% of the basic salary. Now it has increased to 3 percent. That is, now DA will be available at the rate of 31 percent. Now at the rate of 31 per cent, Rs 5,580 will be available. That is, if the basic salary of the employees is Rs 18000, there will be an increase of Rs 540 in DA. Higher your basic salary, higher will be the DA. Dearness Allowance will be 31% of Basic Pay and will increase accordingly.
