The Chhattisgarh government has decided to increase the dearness allowance even before Diwali. After this increase, the employees will get DA at the rate of 33 per cent instead of 28 per cent. Now those in the seventh pay scale will get 33 percent and those in the sixth pay scale will get 201 percent DA in the state. Earlier in the month of August, the DA of employees was increased from 22 per cent to 28 per cent.
Salary will increase from October 1
Let us tell you that the increased rate of DA will be applicable from October i.e. the employees will get the increased salary from October 1, 2022. It will be paid with the salary of August.
