If the Central Government accepts the proposal of the Council, then lakhs of rupees can be transferred in the account of the employees on the occasion of New Year.
If we talk about Level 1 employees coming under the 7th Pay Commission, then the arrears on their DA are between Rs 11,880 to Rs 37,554. On the other hand, if we talk about level 13 employees, then their basic pay is made between Rs 1,23,100 to Rs 2,15,900.
In this context, lakhs of rupees can be transferred in the form of arrears in the account of the employees.
