Pay Band and Grade should be included in the Level Pay Matrix as per the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission.

For promotion to Level 1 and Level 2, 3 years of service will be necessary. For promotion from Level 6 to Level 11, 12 years of experience will be required. At the same time, it will be necessary to have 2 years experience for level 7 and level 8.
