7th Pay Commission: Central employees can get good news soon. The Modi government had recently increased the Dearness Allowance (DA) by 3 percent. With the increase in the DA of the government, the expectations of increase in other allowances have increased. Soon these three allowances of employees may increase. This list includes Travel Allowance (TA), City Allowance (CA) and HRA (House Rent Allowance – HRA).
These three allowances may increase soon
With the increase in DA of the government, the salary of central employees has increased further. Travel allowance and city allowance will also increase due to increase in DA. Not only this, due to increase in DA, the house rent allowance (HRA) of central employees can also increase. It is believed that a hike of up to 3 percent can be seen in HRA.
HRA will increase so much
HRA of government employees may soon increase to 3%. The HRA of employees in class X cities may see an increase of 3%. There may be an increase of 2% in Y category cities. Apart from this, the HRA of employees in Z category cities may increase up to 1%.
Government has already increased DA
Earlier, on March 30, the central government had increased the dearness allowance (DA) of central employees by 3 percent. Due to this, the DA of central employees has doubled in 9 months. Now central employees and pensioners will get DA at the rate of 34 per cent. This announcement of the central government will benefit 50 lakh employees and 65 lakh pensioners.
