7th pay commission Order for huge increase in DA of employees outstanding allowances will be paid

State employees will be given 5 percent additional dearness allowance in the seventh pay scale and 10 percent in the sixth pay scale from July 1, 2021.

Now the state government employees will get dearness allowance at the rate of 17 percent in the seventh pay scale and 164 percent in the sixth pay scale. The increased dearness allowance amount will be paid in cash from July 1, 2021.


On the instructions of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, the Finance Department has issued an order to increase the dearness allowance of the state government employees from Mantralaya (Mahanadi Bhawan) here today. Explain that the employees of the state had been demanding payment of these allowances for a long time. Bhupesh Sarkar, fulfilling the demand of the employees before Diwali, has given them a big gift.

Simultaneous payment of allowances of two pay scales The state employees will be given 5 percent additional dearness allowance in the seventh pay scale and 10 percent additional dearness allowance in the sixth pay scale from July 1, 2021. Now the state government employees will get dearness allowance at the rate of 17 percent in the seventh pay scale and 164 percent in the sixth pay scale. The increased dearness allowance amount will be paid in cash from July 1, 2021.


CM Bhupesh Baghel had announced that at present, from the month of January 2019, the government employees of the state government are being given dearness allowance at the rate of 12 percent in the seventh pay scale and at the rate of 154 percent in the sixth pay scale. It is noteworthy that Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on September 4 had announced to increase the dearness allowance being provided to the government servants of the state at the rate of 12 percent by 5 percent to 17 percent with effect from July 01, 2021.
