7th Pay Commission, 7th CPC Latest News, Government Employees: The Administrative Secretaries in Jammu and Kashmir have been ordered to initiate the process of retiring the unserviceable employees. The Jammu and Kashmir government has asked the administrative secretaries to identify such employees who are unserviceable.
Under this order, those employees who have completed 22 years of service or have crossed the age of 48 years and are ‘ineffective in work or unfit to continue’ should be retired.
Let us inform that this order has come after an amendment to Article 226 (2) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service Regulation. It was amended last year itself, under which employees who have completed 22 years of service or have crossed the age of 48 years can be retired.
