There is a demand to do 3.68
For a long time, the employees have been demanding an increase in the fitment factor. Due to increase in fitment factor, there will be a bumper increase in the basic salary of the employees. At present, the employees are being given fitment factor according to 2.57 percent, which is being demanded to be increased to 3.68 times.

Minimum basic salary will be Rs 26,000
Let us tell you that if the fitment factor of the employees increases from 2.57 to 3.68, then the basic salary of the employees will directly increase from Rs 18,000 to Rs 26,000. With this decision of the government, there will be a bumper increase in the minimum salary of the employees.

There was a bumper increase in salary in 2016
Earlier, the government had increased the fitment factor in the year 2016 and from the same year the Seventh Pay Commission was also implemented, after which the minimum basic salary of the employees increased from Rs 6000 to Rs 18,000 directly. At the same time, if we talk about the maximum basic salary, it had increased from Rs 90,000 to Rs 2.5 lakh.

DA will increase in January
Along with this, in the month of January, the government is going to make a bumper increase in DA. It is believed that in the month of January also there will be an increase of 4 percent in the dearness allowance of the employees, after which the DA may increase to 41 to 42 percent.
