New Delhi The condition of infection with corona virus in the country is getting serious. There is a huge increase in new cases. The cases that surfaced on Friday have outpaced many figures. For the first time more than six thousand new cases were reported in the country. In Maharashtra too, more than two thousand new cases were being received for the last five days, but on Friday all the boundaries were broken and about three thousand new cases were reported. For the first time in the capital Delhi, more than six hundred new cases have been found. Earlier on Thursday, 571 cases were reported in the capital, the highest number of cases reported in a single day.
148 died in 24 hours.
According to the Union Ministry of Health, 148 people died due to infection in the last 24 hours in the country while 6,088 new cases were reported. So far, 11,8447 cases have been reported in the country while 3,583 people have died. On Friday, Maharashtra suffered the highest at 63, 29 in Gujarat, 14 in Delhi, six in Bengal, four in Tamil Nadu and one each in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh on Friday. According to the Union Health Ministry website, 48,533 people have been cured so far in the country.
Worrying condition in Mumbai
Maharashtra has raised concerns for the entire country and Mumbai continues to be a cause of concern for Maharashtra. There have been 2,940 new cases in the state, of which 1,751 cases have been reported in Mumbai alone. The number of infected in the state has gone up to 44,582. So far more than 27 thousand infected have been found in Mumbai. The death toll in the state has also crossed one and a half thousand to 1,517.
Cases increased rapidly in Delhi
A record 660 new cases have also been reported in Delhi. More than six hundred new cases have been reported in a day. Prior to this, more than five hundred new cases were coming in consecutive days. So far, more than 12 thousand people have been infected in the capital.
Things are not improving even in Gujarat and Tamil Nadu
In Gujarat and Tamil Nadu, new cases are not being stopped. While 363 new cases were reported in Gujarat on Friday, 786 cases were found in Tamil Nadu. In Gujarat, the number of infected has increased to more than 13 thousand and in Tamil Nadu also this figure has reached close to 15 thousand. The number has increased to 1,743 with 138 new cases in Karnataka. 42 new cases have been found in Kel, the highest number of new cases reported in a day in the state. The number of infected in the state has reached 732.
Nearly six thousand infected in Uttar Pradesh
236 new cases have been found in Uttar Pradesh and the number of cases reported so far has gone up to 5,735. There have been 267 cases in Rajasthan and the number of infected has reached 6,494. Similarly, 3,197 have been infected in Bengal with 135 cases. So far, 6,175 cases have been reported in Madhya Pradesh, 2,054 in Bihar, 2,113 in Punjab, 1,053 in Haryana and 1,189 in Odisha.
