Earlier, if there was no Aadhaar card, then Aadhaar card enrollment ID can be used. Enrollment ID is issued after the application for making Aadhaar card. But now it cannot be used for some works.
Now Aadhaar card enrollment ID cannot be used to make PAN card in India. If you do not have an Aadhaar card, then you cannot get a PAN card using the enrollment ID.
Along with this, earlier the Aadhaar card enrollment ID could be used to file ITR. But now the enrollment ID cannot be used to file ITR.
