The first Aadhaar card was issued in India in the year 2010. Till now, about 90 percent of the population in India has Aadhaar card.
Many rules have been changed in India regarding Aadhaar card. Recently a new rule has also been issued for Aadhaar card.
Earlier, if there was no Aadhaar card, then Aadhaar card enrollment ID can be used. Enrollment ID is issued after the application for making Aadhaar card. But now it cannot be used for some works.
Now Aadhaar card enrollment ID cannot be used to make PAN card in India. If you do not have an Aadhaar card, then you cannot get a PAN card using the enrollment ID.
Along with this, earlier the Aadhaar card enrollment ID could be used to file ITR. But now the enrollment ID cannot be used to file ITR.
