Avoid Mistake in Aadhar Card:
According to the official website of UIDAI, a person gets permission to change his name only twice on Aadhar card. The gender of the Aadhaar holder i.e. gender and date of birth can also be changed only once. You also need to note that the date of birth can be updated only if your previous date of birth is not verified with UIDAI. Hence, Aadhar card mistake should be avoided at all cost, do not give wrong details while updating your Aadhar card. The details should be cross checked four times. Once you complete the number of permissions for these changes, it becomes difficult to make any changes after that.
How to Update Aadhar Card?
Step 1- First of all go to the official website of UIDAI and click on https://uidai.gov.in/.
Step 2- After this you have to click on ‘My Aadhar’ tab.
Step 3- After this select Update Your Aadhar and then click on Update Demographics Data Online.
Step 4- As soon as you click on Update Demographics again, a new page will open. After this you have to click on Proceed to Aadhar update.
Step5 – Here you have to enter your Aadhar card number and after that you have to verify the Captcha.
Step 6- After sharing all the required details an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 7- You have to enter that OTP in the box and then click on Login.
Step-8 Now do whatever changes you want to make and then upload all the necessary documents like Ration Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License etc.
Step 9- After this you will be asked for payment.
Step-10 As soon as you make the payment, all the changes made by you will be done. This may take some time.
