You can update your address sitting at home
If you also want to change the address in your Aadhaar card, then you do not need to go anywhere. You can update it online sitting at home. For this you will have to spend only 50 rupees. So let us tell you the whole process.
How to update the address in your Aadhaar
- Go to UIDAI’s official site myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/.
- Here you will see the option of LOGIN on the homepage.
- As soon as you click on it, you will see the option to enter Aadhaar card and captcha.
- After this an OTP will come on your phone, you have to login by entering OTP.
- After this, go to the Aadhaar update section, there click on the option of Head Of Family (HOF) based Aadhaar update.
- Go there and enter the Aadhaar card number of the head of the family.
- After entering the Aadhaar number, you will have to pay Rs 50 as service charge.
- A request will be sent to the person whose Aadhaar card number you have entered.
- The head of the family will have to allow the request received on his phone.
- After this your Aadhaar card will be updated.
