Visit your nearest Aadhaar Enrollment Center.
- Fill the Aadhaar Enrollment/Correction Form by mentioning all the details correctly.
- Get the form authenticated by an introducer who has been identified and notified by the
- Registrar or Aadhaar Regional Office.
- Submit the form to Aadhar Executive.
- Provide your biometric data like fingerprint, iris scan and photograph.
- After that an acknowledgment slip will be generated, containing the enrollment number, which can be used to check the status of the Aadhar card.
- The Aadhar card will be sent through post to the address mentioned in the Aadhar card within 90 days of Aadhar enrollment.
