New Delhi, Tech Desk.Ā In the COVID-19 tracking app Aarogya Setu, it was closed for a few hours after a disturbance last night i.e. on 30 June.Ā Due to which the users were facing a lot of trouble and shared this complaint on the users’ social media.Ā Users have said in their complaint that there is an error in logging this app.Ā However Aarogya Setu also later released a statement confirming that our technical team is working on the problem encountered in the app.Ā
Aarogya Setu App closed for a few hours
Users said about the problem encountered in the Aarogya Setu app on social media and said that they are not able to login to the app.Ā Some said that this app has crashed and will be fixed soon.Ā Due to this problem, this app remained closed for a few hours.Ā

Regarding the problem with the Aarogya Setu app, the company issued a statement on its official Twitter account saying that ‘users are having trouble logging the Aarogya Setu app and our technical team is working on it.Ā We will be back soon. ‘Ā Hours later, the company made another tweet informing that the problem in the app has been fixed and that the app is ready to return.Ā Users can use it without any hassle.Ā
It is not yet clear from the Aarogya Setu team what the problem was in this app.Ā But in the ongoing discussion on social media, it is being said that this app was hacked.Ā However, the company has not provided any information about this.Ā
