Afghanistan crisis: 146 Indians breathed a sigh of relief, brought from Kabul to Delhi

Afghanistan Crisis: The second batch of Indians evacuated from Afghanistan reached Delhi today with the help of the Indian Embassy in Doha.

New Delhi. In the midst of the Afghanistan crisis, another batch of Indians evacuated from Kabul reached India today with the help of the Indian Embassy in Doha. A group of these 146 Indians were airlifted from Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, to Delhi via Doha on Sunday.

Earlier, the first batch of 135 Indians reached India on Sunday via Qatar. They were pulled out of Afghanistan on Saturday. The embassy says that the officers are providing necessary consular and logistics support to these Indians to return home safely.

Earlier on Sunday, India brought 392 people from three different flights. These include 2 Afghan leaders. They have been evacuated from Kabul, Afghanistan. At the same time, 87 Indians and two Nepalese people have also been brought from Dushanbe by special flight of Air India. They were taken out of Afghanistan and taken to the capital of Tajikistan.

India has scheduled two flights a week from Kabul for the purpose of bringing home the Indians trapped in Afghanistan. Amidst the changed situation there since the Taliban’s occupation in Afghanistan, at this time almost all the countries are evacuating their citizens from there.

Due to the fear of Taliban, a large number of people of Afghanistan are also forced to leave their country. For this they are not even caring about their lives.

A small group of Indian officials is coordinating an evacuation operation at Afghanistan’s Kabul International Airport amid chaos and challenging conditions. Sources gave information about this on Sunday. He said the multi-agency group is coordinating with US officials handling security at the airport as well as other relevant officials.
