Air India Express New Flights: Air India Express has started flight service from Hindon Airport to Goa, Bengaluru and Kolkata to strengthen its connectivity in Delhi-NCR.

Air India Express New Flights: To strengthen its connectivity in Delhi-NCR, Air India Express has also included Ghaziabad’s Hindon Airport in its network. Tata Group airline Air India Express is going to start direct flights from Hindon Airport to Bengaluru, Goa and Kolkata from March 1, 2025. With these new flights, Air India Express is going to operate from 2 airports (Delhi Airport – DEL, Hindon Airport – HDO) in NCR.

Who will benefit?

With the increased connectivity from Hindon Airport located in Ghaziabad, people of Central and East Delhi, Noida and surrounding areas like Akshardham, Anand Vihar, Parliament Street and Central Secretariat, Chandni Chowk, Connaught Place, Indirapuram, Karol Bagh, Vaishali get a convenient option. This service will also make it easier for passengers coming from Bengaluru, Goa and Kolkata to reach major areas of Delhi without getting stuck in traffic.

Along with this, a large population living around Delhi, especially Western UP and Uttarakhand, will get the benefit of this. This includes cities like Bareilly, Bijnor, Dehradun, Haridwar, Hapur, Meerut, Moradabad, Mussoorie, Muzaffarnagar, Rampur and Saharanpur.

Air India Express became the first such airline

According to the airline, with these new flights, Air India Express has become the first such airline in India, operating from 2 airports of Delhi NCR. Operating from the airport of a metro city will improve the airline’s connectivity, economical rates etc. Apart from Hindon Airport, Air India Express operates more than 320 flights weekly from New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) to 17 domestic and four international destinations (Bahrain, Dammam, Muscat, Sharjah).
