NEW DELHI : Air India is offering 25% discount on its ‘Ghumo India Family’. Air India’s latest offer is with a view to promote heritage sites and prominent tourist destinations in India, where families travelling together will get discounted tickets, the carrier mentioned on its website. Here is all you need to know about Air India ‘Ghumo India Family’ offer.
1) Air India’s latest offer is applicable for a minimum family member of three and maximum of six members on domestic return travel.
2) This offer is not applicable on one way travel.
3) Air India’s ‘Ghumo India Family’ offer is valid on all flights which are operated by Air India.
4) This offer is valid for the family of a minimum of three members comprising of spouse, children and head of the family. The family must travel together for the entire journey.
5) Tickets can be booked for Air India’s latest sale till 31st March 2020, and this offer is also valid for travel till 31st March 2020.
6) Air India will give a discount of 25% on economy fares (taxes extra as applicable). In order to avail this offer, the family needs to have a minimum stay for 2 days.
Few things that are required for identification at the time of ticket booking and check-in
Proof of family identification is required to be checked at the time of ticketing. You can show Aadhaar card, passport, or any other government issued valid document indicating the name of family members. Apart from that, individual photo identification may also be verified at the time of check-in, Air India noted.
Air India has also launched a flight between Dehradun and Varanasi. Uttarkhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat flagged off the inaugural flight between the two cities from the Jolly Grant Airport on Saturday at 1.10 pm. The flight will operate twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
