Air India Flights: Air India has either changed or rescheduled its flights from January 19 to January 26, know the reason and which routes will be affected.


Air India Flights Time Change: The country’s 74th Republic Day will be celebrated on 26 January 2023 and preparations for this are going on in the final stages. The country’s oldest airline Air India has announced cancellation of flights to rescheduling of some flights during the Republic Day week.

According to the Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) issued by Delhi Airport on Friday, Air India has announced the cancellation of domestic flights on some routes and its information has also been given through a tweet yesterday.

In view of the Republic Day preparations by the Indian Air Force, airspace will be restricted for about three hours every day for a week to commemorate the 74th Republic Day. Keeping this in mind, Air India has taken appropriate measures to cancel as well as reschedule its flights to minimize disruptions.

Know what is the new schedule of Air India

NOTAM for 2023 has been released on January 19-24 and January 26 from 10.30 am to 12.45 pm. In order to comply with the NOTAM, Air India will cancel all flights to and from Delhi over a period of seven days during the time frame mentioned above. This has been done without causing interference on other routes. Flights operating before or after the scheduled time limit will continue to operate as usual.

Know which international flights will be affected and new timings here

As far as international flights operations are concerned, Air India will either re-manage it with a delay of one hour or go ahead. Due to this, ultra-long haul, long-haul and short haul international flights operations from five stations namely LHR (London), IAD (Dulles), EWR (Newark), KTM (Kathmandu) and BKK (Bangkok) were delayed by one hour or Will be affected due to delay. The airline said on Friday that no international flight operations have been canceled during this period.

Officials said that domestic or international passengers arriving and departing from IGI Airport New Delhi are requested to check their flight status to avoid any inconvenience.
