With the introduction of this recharge, the company has discontinued its Rs 49 recharge. This means that now you have to do a prepaid recharge of Rs 79 to keep the number running at least. 28 days validity
Airtel’s Rs 79 plan comes with a validity of 28 days. With this plan, talk time of Rs 64 will be available and 200MB data will be available. This plan is offering customers four times more outgoing minutes with double data. The changes made in this plan will be effective from Thursday i.e. July 29, 2021.
Airtel’s cheapest plan is expensive by Rs 30
Bharti Airtel’s new cheapest plan now costs Rs 79 instead of Rs 49. The Rs 79 plan is Rs 30 more expensive than the Rs 49 plan, but users also get 2x more data and 4x more outgoing voice calling minutes with this plan. In the plan of Rs 79, users are charged 1 paisa / second for calling.
Bharti Airtel made corporate plans expensive
Some time back Airtel has discontinued its postpaid plans for corporate users like Rs 199 and Rs 249 plans. Now the entry level plan for corporate customers will start from Rs 299. All existing customers will now be shifted to Rs 299 from the next billing cycle.

Airtel has discontinued the Rs 749 family postpaid plan for new customers and has instead introduced the 999 plan, which is the only family postpaid plan with data benefits. Two free add-on connections were available in Bharti Airtel’s Rs 749 postpaid plan.
