Raipur, JNN. Former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi passed away. At the age of 74, he breathed his last. Ajit Jogi was admitted to Astpal after a cardiac arrest. Through the Twitter account of Amit Jogi, it has been informed that the funeral of Ajit Jogi will be held in his native land Gorela tomorrow i.e. on Saturday.
Please tell that he was undergoing treatment at the hospital in Raipur for 21 days. According to the information received, he also underwent a cardiac arrest on Friday, after which his condition became more serious. Ajit Jogi breathed his last at Narayan Hospital in the capital Raipur on Friday.
He has been undergoing treatment at Narayana Hospital in Jogi capital Raipur for the last 21 days. Jogi was in a coma since then. The team of experts, under the leadership of Dr. Sunil Khemka and Dr. Pankaj Omar, the director of the hospital, was continuously monitoring his health for 24 hours.

Recruitment on 9 May
Jogi was hospitalized on 9 May following a cardiac arrest. The staff of the former chief minister said that while having breakfast in the morning on 9 May, Jogi suddenly felt chest pain and started having trouble breathing. He was with his wife Renu Jogi and he informed the staff at home. He was then taken to the hospital and placed on a ventilator as the situation became critical. Son Amit Jogi also reached Bilaspur as soon as his father was informed of his health.
Jogi stayed in Congress for a long time
Jogi, who became the first Chief Minister after the formation of a separate Chhattisgarh state, was associated with the Chhattisgarh Janata Congress Party in his last time. He formed this party himself. However, before that he played a long innings in the Congress. Jogi, who quit the IAS job and joined politics, was a member of the state assembly, Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha and the Union Cabinet.
