After the US, Amazon India has started the feature of the Watch Party feature in its Prime Videos in India as well. Amazon launched the Watch Party feature for Prime Video users in the US in July. Now the company is going to bring it to India as well. This watch party feature is free for Amazon Prime Video members and all users can use it.

Under the Watch Party feature, you can watch Amazon Prime Video with 100 people. However, it is mandatory for all users to have a subscription to Amazon Prime. One can also chat while watching movies and web series on Prime Video with each other under the Watch Party feature.
This feature is limited to two web browsers. You can use this feature with Google Chrome and Firefox browser. Currently, it is not supported in Internet Explorer and Safari browsers. Amazon Prime Membership starts at Rs 129 per month or Rs 999 per year in India.

How to use
For Watch Party, first open Google Chrome or Firefox browser and go to Prime Video’s website and log in with your Amazon account. Here you will see the option of Watch Party to Prime Members. Then after selecting any film, serial or web series, you will see the option of Watch Party under its thumbnail. After clicking here, you can add those with whom to watch the content. Using the Google Chrome or Firefox browser on the computer, the link you sent will also access that content. For this, they should have Amazon Prime Membership.
