Islamabad, Agency. In Pakistan last week, questions have arisen about how the crew could land the aircraft without landing gear, while their sophisticated jetliners were preventing it from doing so. After abruptly landing the aircraft, which made the air-traffic controllers nervous, Pakistan International Airlines jet pilots put the aircraft on the runway without landing gear on Friday.
At that time the speed of both engines of the aircraft was 327 kmph. The pilots then ended the landing attempt and flew back towards the sky. But it was soon reported that they would lose control. The Airbus SE A-320 apparently slipped into the neighborhood, as the pilots attempted to return to the same runway. This killed 97 of the 99 people on board.

A PIA plane going from Lahore to Karachi crashed near Karachi airport. 97 people have died in this plane crash. Two people survived the accident. There were 99 people on board the plane at the time of the accident. It had 91 passengers and 8 crew members.
Aviation safety consultant John Cox said, “It is unbelievable to me that the crew on a jet like Airbus will attempt to land the aircraft without gear despite having all the warning systems.” In addition to the checklist to ensure that aircraft will not attempt to land without landing gear, the jetliner has several warning systems.
Even if the pilot forgets to put gear, or it does not work, the warning system alerts the crew. Cox said the plane could not be happier that you are so close to the ground without putting on gear. It is not yet clear why the two jet engines stopped working after elevating nearly 3,000 feet (915 m) from the runway in two minutes.
Engines have become so reliable that shutting down both at the same time is due to some common factor, such as damage from hitting the runway or problems in fuel supply. Data from FlightRadar 24 shows that the jet was traveling at a speed of 375 kilometers per hour when it reached the runway and slowed to a speed of about 327 kilometers per hour as it lifted. However it is possible that in the chaos and confusion they may have forgotten about the landing gear.
