According to Korean reporting platform Naver, the iPhone SE 4 could be priced at $500 (about ₹42,700) or less. This information has come from a Japanese mobile company. This price matches the expected price of $499 for the iPhone SE 4.
Talking about the previous iPhone SE 3, it was launched in India in 2022 at a starting price of ₹43,900, while in the US it was priced at $429 (about ₹36,700). A similar difference can be seen for the iPhone SE 4 as well, and its price in India can go up to ₹49,900. According to reports, Apple may use its own in-house 5G modem instead of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X70/75 modems in its iPhone SE 4. This can reduce production costs as Qualcomm will not have to pay license fees. However, this does not mean that Apple will pass on these savings directly to customers. The price is determined by taking into account production costs as well as market conditions, profit margins and competition.
If the $500 price proves to be true, the iPhone SE 4 could become an even more attractive option for budget-conscious buyers. But its exact price and features will only be clear at launch.

The iPhone SE 4, also being called the iPhone 16e, could prove to be a big upgrade over its previous models.
