He jumped 6.15 metres (20 feet and 2 inches) high in the second attempt at the Diamond League in Rome. Bubka set the world record by jumping 6.14 metres high in Italy in 1994. Bubka had broken a total of 35 world records (18 outdoors and 17 indoor) in his career.
