There are a large number of people in Maharajganj district of UP who are pensioners. It has now become very important for pensioners to have a family ID. The reason for this is that pensioners who do not have a family ID. Their pension will be stopped by the department. In such a situation, it has become necessary for pensioners to have a family ID.
So far, there are 23,631 pensioners in Maharajganj district who do not have a family ID yet. These include 17,776 elderly, 4,505 destitute women and 1,350 disabled pensioners. Due to the lack of a family ID, the pension received by these pensioners is now going to be affected.

It will be mandatory for such pensioners to get a family ID to avail the benefits of pension without any hindrance. Pension will be stopped if there is no family ID. According to the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, the pensioner who does not have a family ID. The next installment of their pension will be stopped. Now under One District One ID, it has been made mandatory to have a family ID. It is worth noting that for pension, those pensioners who have ration card and those who do not have it.

In both these situations, it is necessary to have a family ID. Without a family ID, now the pension money will not be sent to the pensioners’ account by the department. To receive the pension amount without any hindrance, all pensioners will have to get a family ID. In the absence of a family ID, their pension will be stopped by the department.

To get a family ID, the pensioner has to get a family ID made through a simple process. To get a family ID, they will have to go to the Panchayat Sahayak or any Sahaj Jan Seva Kendra. Pensioners can get their family ID made from both these places through their Aadhar card and other necessary documents. After getting the family ID, they will keep receiving pension installments uninterruptedly.
