Axis Bank changes FD rates, will get around 8% interest, Details here

After this change made by Axis Bank, the bank will give 7.1% interest to its general customers on FDs ranging from 2 years to less than 30 months, while 7.85% interest to senior citizen customers.


Fixed Deposit: If you want to earn strong returns by investing your accumulated capital in Fixed Deposit (FD), then this news is for you. Large private sector lender Axis Bank has reduced interest rates by 10 basis points for a specific period on FDs of less than Rs 2 crore. The bank has reduced the interest rates on FDs from 2 years to less than 30 months from 7.20% to 7.10%. After this change, the bank is giving 3.50% to 7.10% interest on FDs of 7 days to 10 years to its customers.

Explain that Axis Bank offers its customers 3.50% on FDs of 7 days to 45 days, 60% on FDs of 46 to 60 days, 4.50% on FDs of 61 days to 3 months and FDs of 3 months to less than 6 months. But is paying 4.75% interest. On the other hand, banks will pay 5.75% on FDs of 6 months to 9 months, 6% on FDs of 9 months to less than 1 year, 6.75% on FDs of 1 year to 1 year and 4 days while 1 year 5 days to 13 months. Is paying 6.80% interest on FD.

On the other hand, Axis Bank is giving 7.10% interest to its customers on FDs ranging from 13 months to less than 30 months. Apart from this, after this change in interest rates, Axis Bank is offering 3.50% to 7.85% interest on 7 days to 10 years HD to its senior citizen customers. The bank is giving the highest interest of 7.85% to its senior citizen customers on FDs ranging from 13 months to less than 30 months.
