The bank has reduced the interest on some of its FDs and increased the interest on some FDs. Axis Bank is offering interest ranging from 3 percent to 7.20 percent to general customers after the new revision. At the same time, senior citizens are being given interest ranging from 3.50 percent to 7.75 percent. The bank is offering FDs ranging from 7 days to 10 years. Axis Bank’s new interest rates are coming into effect from today, September 10, 2024.

Axis Bank interest rates on FDs less than Rs 3 crore
- 7 days to 14 days: 3.00 percent for general public; 3.50 percent for senior citizens
- 15 days to 29 days: 3.00 percent for general public; 3.50 percent for senior citizens
- 30 days to 45 days: 3.50 percent for general public; 4 percent for senior citizens
- 46 days to 60 days: 4.25 percent for general public; 4.75 percent for senior citizens
- 61 days to less than 3 months: 4.50 percent for general public; 5 percent for senior citizens
- 3 months to 3 months 24 days: 4.75 percent for general public; 5.25 percent for senior citizens
- 3 months 25 days to less than 4 months: 4.75 percent for general public; 5.25 percent for senior citizens
- 4 months to less than 5 months: 4.75 percent for general public; 5.25 percent for senior citizens
- 5 months to less than 6 months: 4.75 percent for general public; 5.25 percent for senior citizens
- 6 months to less than 7 months: 5.75 percent for general public; 6.25 percent for senior citizens
